OBJF Presents Live at the Clubs Featuring Coco Love Alcorn on December 2nd

The Orangeville Blues & Jazz Festival is excited to present Coco Love Alcorn on Thursday, December 2.  This exclusive special performance will take place at Revival 1863, an intimate and eclectic prohibition-inspired lounge in downtown Orangeville.

Coco Love Alcorn is well known to Orangeville audiences from her memorable mainstage performance during the 2017 Orangeville Blues & Jazz Festival.  Born in Antigonish, Nova Scotia and now based in Owen Sound, Ontario, Alcorn’s career has spanned more than 20 years, 12 (9 solo) albums, cross-Canada tours, collaborations, festival appearances, award nominations, and notable success in TV and film licensing. As a performer, Alcorn is always in the moment, joyful, and genuine. She combines diverse musical influences including jazz, R&B, pop, folk, and Gospel. Her playful and witty character, love of improvising, and willingness to engage fearlessly with the audience has made Alcorn an established presence on the Canadian music scene. She recently received the 2021 Canadian Folk Music Contemporary Singer of the Year Award for her recently released “Rebirth” album.   Coco also leads the Wonderland Singers, an online community choir and creative singing workshop series with over 200 regular members from around the world.
